Job description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance software tester and Customer Care manager to join our Quality Assurance and Customer Care team.  Your role will be to maintain high quality standards of the software developed by Aptoide and to help us extend our email support services.


  • Specification of test scenarios and test cases

  • Multiple software tests execution

  • Develop exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality

  • Report defects and work closely with development team members

  • Answer email inquiries from our worldwide user base


  • Academic degree in Information technology or similar

  • Experience in software testing is desired

  • Experience with Ruby and Python would be valued

  • 1 year experience in similar functions

  • Good communication skills

  • Proficient in written and spoken English

  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills
